You know that junk you no longer need nor want, Why not have a garage sale? This is a quick and effective solution to gaining a few extra dollars, after you've done that you can purchase something else you don't need but that you want, well at least for now. Perhaps you are a saver and you decide you want to deposit the extra money in the bank, and gain interest on your dollars.  Purchase the items you want when they are on special, generally end of year sales you can get up to 50% off! Better yet purchase a fake brand, not that I would endorse such transactions, but some of the fake brands are great and when you're buying something fake it still looks great! You won't be worried as much if you dirty your fake louis vuitton bag or damage your rolex from china.  Love to shop but hate paying for it, why not become a mystery shopper, you can pretend you're a customer in search of the latest Mercedes Benz, or customer looking to buy alcohol, you buy the alcohol and be reimbursed for the alcohol, plus receive a rate for your time. I don't know about you but that calls for a celebration, so drink up. 
Sell Your Gold
That's right you were waiting for it. Sell your gold make some dollars from your broken gold necklace, rings, earrings you no longer wear because you hate them and they remind you of your ex or because you have to much. Whatever the case there is some great money to be made. Make sure when you are selling gold that you watch the commodity markets news for the gold price and see if today the price of gold is up, and you can get the most money for your gold items. When it does come to selling your gold stay away from the shopping centre stalls that buy gold, or cash / pawn converter like places as generally you will get ripped off, in fact I know you will. Most reputable jewellers will buy old gold (your gold you no longer want). Depending on the type of gold; yellow, white, rose gold and the karat of gold being from 9kt, 18kt, 24kt. You could fetch a much fairer price and at the same time you may even be able to do a trade if you like something in store.  Buying a metal detector and going treasure hunting in local parks, beaches, or known gold pockets (you will need a permit for this and they are cheap). This is a great hobby or job whichever way you like to look at it. You can find many things and will be very surprised as to what you find, not only does it get you out of the house but if you have kids they will love helping out and digging up the treasure for you while you stand there with a beer in your hand. 
Online Auction Sites
If you can find popular items, or buy in bulk from online auction sites that you know you are getting a crazy deal on. Then this is great way of supplementing your income. There are so many online auctions sites out there at home and overseas. You could try buying in bulk from china wholesalers or manufacturers. Ebay is popular for buying and selling, alibaba is also a great site. Be aware that there are some sites that can be hard to trust. Remember to also protect your computer/ laptop with a good antivirus software I recommend using StopZilla. If you are not sure you can trial them and decide after the trial period if you want to keep it or not, at least it protects you for that time you are searching unknown and potentially harmful sites.  
Topless Waiter/ Waitress
Shake what yo mumma gave you. Good looking and have the body too? You could be earning $50-$100 per hour, walking around as a topless waiter/ waitress. Serving drinks to ladies at hens nights, men at bucks nights, and birthday parties. Don't forget sometimes you get tips.  If you are a woman or even a man with long beautiful hair you could sell your hair for extra money. How to go about it? Contacting a wig maker that makes wigs from real hair may be a great place to start, there is also ebay an online auction site you auction your hair and hope to get the highest bid.  If you have the right height and look there are many modeling agents out there that are always looking for new faces, you could be a catwalk model or perhaps a commercial model for magazines and television adverts. One tip to remember if a modeling agencies wants you to pay to sign up, do modeling courses, or pay for anything aside from photos then I would look elsewhere. There are many scam modeling agencies out there.  You can legally sell your plasma taken from your blood for cash, there are some clinics that will pay you $30 dollars upwards. Plasma can be donated twice a week. The process is drawing blood, draining off the plasma and pumping the rest of the remains back into your body, this takes anywhere from 30 minutes up to 60 minutes. Easy money right? Only catch is you must be relatively healthy drug free and live in America, I know that does suck after you read the paragraph and realising I wasted your time.  Be a human rat for awhile, you will be surprised how much you can make for effectively a short amount of your time, for as little as 38 hours over a month you could earn at least $2000. Who knows you could turn into the hulk or become spider man anythings possible to those that believe right?  Ever dreamed of sitting in your mansion relaxing drinking beer from someone else's fridge without a care. Watching TV and running up the electricity bill with not a worry in the world. Well then your dreams have come true. Many wealthy home owners love to go on those things we dream of, what are they called? Oh yes, that's right its been so long I had forgotten, holidays! They go on holiday and need someone to have a holiday in their home, just so they can sleep at night knowing that while they are away basking in the sun and drinking the finest wine, eating at the fanciest restaurants. They will have peace if someone like you stays a couple days, week, months and looks after their castle and crown jewels. It ends up being a great way to go places either around the country or sometimes even overseas and have free accommodation in beautiful places the rest of us dream of. 
Babysitting
That's right everyone loves babies, but no one loves taking care of the dirty business of dark brown chocolate stains, green snotty noses, and having to go deaf from the screams of a grumbling belly. Grab your car keys and head for the door, but if you're still reading this maybe you could start babysitting your neighbours kids, friends, family and the list goes on there are babies everywhere! You could earn yourself $18-$30 on average per hour looking after the cute little poop monsters.  Yes we are still on the subject of all things brown and smelly. Have you ever enjoyed picking up your dogs, horse, any animal poop around the backyard? One thing is for sure it's not great mowing over a fresh turd either... Ever wished someone else would pick them up for you? There is money in picking up turds from $65-95 per month. Visiting once per week or at the higher fee twice per week, depending on how much poop and how many poop culprits you have.
